How to Contact Arrow XL – 3 Easy Ways

Sharing is Caring!

Today I’m sharing how to contact Arrow XL customer service. If you’re reading this post, chances are you’re in the same position as me… You’ve spent a small fortune on an item, waited diligently for it to arrive, had an issue, found customer service to be unhelpful at best, unreachable in reality… So now you want to find decent contact methods, or submit a formal complaint to Arrow XL. Does that about cover it? If so, keep reading to find out how to contact Arrow XL customer service in 2026.

How to Contact Arrow XL Customer Service

The Arrow XL website REALLY doesn’t want customers to be able to contact them, does it?! Don’t worry – I’ve got you covered. My geeky inability to let things rest has lead to me finding several ways to get in touch with Arrow XL customer service…

Use the Arrow XL Online Chat Feature

I know, I know… It’s awful. You put in your details, get put on hold waiting for a human, then miss the ten second “hello”, because you dared to use the bathroom, or flick to a different screen. I’ve tried and failed EIGHT TIMES in the past ten days to get help on there. Don’t worry though – there are other ways to contact Arrow XL Customer Service…

Call Arrow XL Customer Service

If you’re looking for a number to phone Arrow XL customer service, it’s 01942 943700, then option 4. That’s the number that displays if / when they call you back, too. Good luck getting any kind of continuity though.

Email Arrow XL Customer Service

Their customer service email address is not visible anywhere on their website. Ironically, I only found it on their “leave us a review” email, which arrived about 3 minutes after their driver allegedly “accidentally” marked my 50 inch TV as delivered, when it wasn’t. You can Email them here: customer.services@arrowxl.co.uk

If you don’t get a satisfactory resolution via either of those options, you may want to submit a formal complaint to Arrow XL.

How to Submit a Formal Complaint to Arrow XL

Arrow XL are very sneaky… Their website doesn’t allow you to actually navigate directly to their complaint form, you have to go digging for it on search engines. Then trawl pages of spam before you actually find it. So if you need the link to complain directly to Arrow XL , this is it.

(EDIT: Arrow XL removed this web page as of August 2026 – They REALLY don’t want people complaining, do they?)

Not to worry though… Once I submitted my online complaint, I got an email confirmation from this inbox… customer.complaints@arrowxl.co.uk So feel free to try that email address.

What to Do if a Formal Complaint Doesn’t Resolve Your Issue

The first thing to do is try speaking to the point of sale. Sadly, if you’re having the same issue as me, all they can see is that the item was delivered and signed for, so things get tricky at that point. I went down an Ofcom rabbit hole and found out that according to Ofcom:

“If you bought something from a business to be delivered, under consumer law it’s the retailer’s responsibility to make sure the item is delivered to you. If goods are not delivered to you or the goods delivered are damaged, it is the retailer who is legally responsible for resolving these issues – so you should contact them.

From 1 April 2023, Ofcom’s complaints guidance has meant that when you complain to a parcel company, you should be told:

  • who to contact;
  • which channels you can use to make a complaint;
  • what the complaint process will be, and how long it should take to resolve; and
  • that the complaint should be dealt with by staff who have received appropriate training.

If you remain unhappy with the company’s response to your complaint, you should seek independent legal advice.”

So there you have it! As far as the law is concerned, Arrow XL aren’t legally responsible for the £500 TV item(s) they “accidentally” mark as delivered, when they aren’t. So knowing how to submit a formal complaint to Arrow XL, and how to contact Arrow XL customer service probably won’t do any good, as nobody is holding them accountable for their shocking customer service.

I hope this information gets you further with your query / complaint than I’ve managed to get, so far! (I won’t go into full detail – yet, but let’s just say a 50 inch TV should have been delivered on 22nd May, still isn’t here, despite it being marked as delivered and signed for on Wed 27th May)!

I really hope you get better results than I have so far. I will of course update this post if I find a resolution.

Needless to day, this isn’t a sponsored post – (ha)! It’s just me sharing their contact details in the hope SOMEONE gets a resolution some day soon… Though looking at their Trustpilot reviews, I wouldn’t bank on it…

Speaking of Trustpilot… Be sure to leave them a negative review if you too are having serious issues like I was.

Update – August 2026:

My TV was finally delivered, 3 weeks after it was due! I was then having substantial work done at home for 4 weeks, so the TV sat in its’ box safely in the shed. When I finally opened it… it looked like this:

TV with a smashed screen - delivered by Arrow XL

Sadly for me, the fact 4 weeks had passed from the delivery date to my opening the box means I cannot prove it arrived like that. (It was just as bad underneath the plastic screen protector). Please learn from my mistakes. Open any expensive parcels the second they arrive, so you can return them as faulty if you’re as unlucky as I was.
