Peppa Pig - Laugh With Peppa
Find out what I thought of the new Laugh With Peppa toy
14 July 2016
- Batteries Included
- Easy To Operate
- Off Button Included
- Gets Repetitive Quickly
If you read my blog regularly, you'll know both of my children are fans of Peppa. When we were asked to review the new Laugh With Peppa toy, I had a feeling they'd be very excited. It comes with batteries included and is suitable for children aged 3 and over. Rather than spending ages describing how it works, I made this little video so you can see for yourself...
With an RRP of £19.99, it's not a cheap item. Personally, I felt it was more suited to younger children. My kids are 4 and 5 now, and both lost interest in it fairly quickly. It is good fun for a few minutes, but it gets repetitive. My almost 1 year old nephew loves it though, so he has now acquired it for supervised fun.
The toy is really easy to operate. Once you unbox it, you need to open the velcro on the back to switch it from "Try me" mode into "on". After this, all you have to do is press Peppa's tummy and away you go! My son is 5 and has Autism. He found Peppa easy to operate.
I love the fact Peppa has an off switch - this will definitely be a blessing if your child decides they want to take Peppa to bed with them. The new collection will be available from Argos later this month (July 2016). To see more of the items available, check out this short video...
