Easy Peasy Home Made Lemonade

I have been drinking litres and litres of traditional still Lemonade recently, but it has been costing us a fortune. I decided to have a go at making my own, and I have to say, I was pretty impressed with the outcome!

This is a quick, easy recipe!

You Will Need:
3 Unwaxed Lemons (I got 3 for 49p in Aldi)
140g Caster Sugar
1 Litre Cold Water
1 Blender!

Method:
1). Roughly chop your lemons and remove any seeds.
(Leave the skin on if you like the pulp – I do!!)

2). Put the chopped lemons, sugar and half of the water (500ml) into your blender and blend for 30 seconds.
3). Add the remaining water* and blend for a further 30 seconds.
4). Enjoy!

*If it won’t all fit, pour out half of the lemon mixture into a jug, then add 250ml of the remaining cold water, blend for 30 seconds, then repeat with the remaining lemon mixture and water.
