Trendy Tot Thursday – Week 15

Hello! Welcome to week 15 of Trendy Tot Thursday (or
#TT_Thursday on twitter / instagram). If you’re new to this linky, it’s probably worth reading my intro post to find out how it works. If you’ve read/contributed before, feel free to jump right in – read, comment and share your own #TT_Thursday post on the linky below.

Last week, we had our highest number of linkees to date – thank you to all of you!! My personal favourite post was by Wave To Mummy – she shared the story behind her daughter’s beautiful dress. It’s well worth a read!

This week, I am sharing Syd’s latest beloved fashion accessory….

YES… It’s a grey spotty hat!! It was £5.99 in H&M. It’s too big for her to be honest, but she tried it on and was looking at herself in the mirror in store for ages. When I tried to get her to take it off, she screamed the place down… so I bought it – anything for a quiet life – right?!

The photo on the left is her in store, looking in the mirror. The photos to the right of that are her posing with it on last Friday. She wore this outfit to nursery and got loads of compliments. She had her hair in 2 plaits. The top, kilt and tights have featured before, so I won’t go into too much detail, but they are from next.

Syd needs a new coat desperately now. The clashy flowery one pictured on the left is the one she had for wet days in Summer, when she was mainly living in leggings and tshirts. It looks hideous with all her AW14 clothes though. Let me know if you see a cute Grey or Mustard one in age 3-4!!

So, that’s my #TT_Thursday post for week 15. Does your child like hats?!
