My sister has a LOT of fridge magnets. It is a bit of a tradition now that I buy her one from wherever I go. She also loves photos. When I was asked to review a set of StickyGram fridge magnets, I knew right away I had to make a set for my sister.
Each of the 9 magnets is 50mmx50mm. They are flexible, with a magnetic backing. They are strong enough to hold a piece of paper to the fridge. (I’d probably put a couple on to be sure they’ll stay put though).
The order process was really simple. You “log in” to your instagram account from the Stickygram website – this allows the site to access your images. Next, you select the 9 images you want to be turned into fridge magnets. (You literally click on the images you want, and then you can drag and drop them into the space you’d like them to be on your magnet sheet).
Once you’ve selected your 9 images, you check out. It is $14.99 per set – including free delivery – anywhere in the world. (This is about £9.30 at today’s exchange rate). When you check out, you are warned it can be upto 10 days for delivery. Our magnets arrived in just 3 days. I was really pleased with the look and feel of the magnets. They arrived in an envelope, with a little note on the addressee letter. (I sent them to my sister). She absolutely loved them!
All 9 magnets are stuck together when you first open them. You then pull
them apart to separate them. My sister’s kitchen is really dark, so
this was the best photo I could get of them in use. I promise they look much better (and not at all grainy) in real life.
If you enter discount code FRIENDPDY1 at the checkout, you’ll get $2 (about £1.20) off your first fridge magnet order, or $5 (£3.10 ish) off your first phone case order. (They do phone cases too)!
I would definitely recommend stickygram to others. I am actually already thinking of ordering a couple more sets as gifts for Christmas. I wish there was an option to upload images as well as use instagram ones too though – I’d love to have old childhood photos turned into fridge magnets for my siblings. They’d kill me if I shared them on instagram first, though!
This is not a sponsored post. I was sent the magnets to review, but all words and opinions are my own.
