Instead of making the program a 2-hour monologue where people stay on their phones or fall asleep, incorporate real-life examples and opt for role-playing scenarios that will catch their attention.

Make sure the trainers are not amateurs and have useful knowledge with logical arguments behind it, as they should do some practical demonstrations to enhance the learning process. They should also be prepared to answer any questions the employees might have.
