On Sunday afternoon, I got busy in the kitchen and made a no bake Cadbury’s Creme Egg Cheesecake with an Oreo base. It took forever to set, so I didn’t get to taste it until day 77 (Monday).

This is how it looked…

Yummy, HUH? There are creme eggs inside the topping, too! It is to.die.for. I have probably put on about 30lb today, thanks to this baby.

Those are mini Creme eggs though, so it’s not quite as big as you think.

I will post the recipe soon. I used this one, but made some tweaks adjustments as a few of the ingredients weren’t at my disposal.
