4.Castile Soap. Made from vegetable oil, castile soap is versatile cleaner that can be used from personal hygiene to standard household cleaning. You will need to buy it from the market as you may not have to time spent to making it as DIY. If you want to use it for shower area surface cleaner, simply dilute castile soap with water in a spray flask.  

5. Borax.   A naturally occurring salt, borax has been used as cleaning and disinfecting agent for decades. It can be highly effective against mold and mildew problems and can easily remove stubborn stains. You can create its paste by mixing it in small amount of water. 

Combining Natural Cleaner

While each cleaning solution can effectively be used for general shower area cleaning, we recommend combining them for tougher stains and build-ups. For example, you can mix baking soda and vinegar to create a powerful cleaning solution, to help you clean the bathroom effectively. A Step-by-Step Guide to a Sparkling Shower Enclosure and Shower Tray

Here is a step-by-step guide to help you learn how to clean shower enclosures and trays that have gone yellow. 

Gather Your Supplies:

• All-purpose cleaner or specialized shower cleaner (we recommend natural cleaning solution that we will also discuss)
• Soft cloth or sponge
• Squeegee
• Microfiber cloth
• Rubber gloves (optional)

Step 1. Preparations:

4. Wait for 15 minutes, allowing vinegar to work. 
5. While vinegar works, add a little water to baking soda and make a thick paste.
6. Use the paste to scrub stubborn areas. Put more attention on around the drain and corner.
7. Rinse the tray thoroughly with warm water.

For Stubborn Limescale:

1. You will need to use a highly concentration solution to deal with stubborn concentration Saturate a cloth with pure white vinegar or lemon juice.
2. Place the vinegar-soaked cloth on the limescale deposits and leave it for 30-60 minutes.
3. The limescale should soften and loosen. Scrub with a stiff-bristled brush and rinse.
4. Repeat if necessary for stubborn deposits.

For Mildew:

1. Mildew can be tricky to deal with. You will need to use vinegar with a few drops of tea tree oil mixture for this purpose. 
2. Simply spray the solution directly on the mildew and let it sit for about 20 minutes. 
3. Scrub the affected area with a brush and rinse thoroughly.
4. For stubborn mildew, you can utilize commercially available mildew removers as they may clear it quickly and provide long-lasting protection.  However, it is important to follow the manufacturer’s guidelines carefully. 

Step 4. Give It a Final Touch

To finalize the cleaning, use the warm water and castile soap mixture to give your shower tray a final rinse. It will remove the lingering vinegar residue and leave a fresh fragrance. Use a piece of microfiber cloth to dry the shower tray off completely. 

Step 5. Follow a Regular Cleaning Regime

Following a regular cleaning regime is crucial to ensure your shower tray remains in pristine condition. You will need to put in less effort if you clean it regularly. You can simply squeeze the walls and floor to remove excess water after every shower. Repeat the cleaning steps mentioned above.
