Sharing is Caring!

Today I’m launching my latest giveaway – You could win a LEGO Nintendo Gameboy Set (72046) which has an RRP of £54.99. If you’ve been reading my blog for a while, you’ll already know I’m a huge Lego fan. My partner got me this set for Valentines Day, and I love it so much that when I saw it was reduced to just £39.99 on Amazon, I decided to give one away on my blog.

LEGO Nintendo Gameboy Set (72046)

This set has an RRP of £54.99, and is made up of 421 pieces. This LEGO Nintendo Gameboy Set is aimed at builders aged 18+ and is great fun to build. Regular readers of my blog will already know I’m a Nintendo AND a Lego geek, so this set had my name all over it!

I still have my original Nintendo Gameboy from when I was a kid, so of course I hook some side by side photos! This Lego set lives on top of my retro hi-fi, and it gets lots of compliments from visitors. (Yes yes – I have an old skool hi-fi too… What can I say? I’m a geek, through and through).

    1. Amazing prize. Thank you for the opportunity 🥰 I would gift to my grandson if lucky enough to win

  1. I’d give it to my son … he has just turned 30! But he loves gadgets and Lego so this is perfect

  2. My granddaughter and great grandson visited Legoland earlier this year and have since been hooked on building Lego sets, so they would have this prize if I am a lucky winner

  3. My mate Jason is a huge lego and nintendo fan and this would be a great present for his upcoming 50th birthday.

  4. This is such a nostalgic throwback! I remember my game boy just like this. With the big clip on battery powered light too so I could see my Tetris!

  5. My children had Gameboys back in the day, but I didn’t, so I’d love one myself! My granddaughter would love the Lego and I think that Nanny would love to give her a hand.

  6. I would be keeping this for myself, as I loved my gameboy, but would let my daughter help build it.

  7. I would build it with my grandchildren, presently building a massive lego type police station

  8. This is the right era for me and the other half, plus I love a bit of lego so this would likely be a team effort!

  9. I’d keep this for myself. I regret getting rid of my Gameboy back in the day, especially as I still have most of my retro consoles in a display cabinet.

  10. So many hours of awesome gaming with the original gameboy (and even a fight with an older lad in Woolworths – but that’s another story!)

  11. I would gift this to my 13-year-old son, who absolutely loves Lego. After he’s done it, I would definitely have to have a go at making it myself!

  12. I’d gift it to my 11 year old son, he loves Lego and this would be great to build together.

  13. I’d be gifting it to (and building it with) my Lego mad 14 year old nephew! He also LOVES retro gaming so this would be the perfect set for him!

  14. I think my grandson would love this although I would be tempted to keep it for myself

  15. I know my daughter would love to do this and I’m sure my husband would ‘assist’ .

  16. My partner and I would make it together and then display it next to my Gameboy (which still works)

  17. i would give to my lego loving hubby he would absolutely love it as it would remind him of his childhood

  18. Glad you wouldn’t judge because I’d keep it for myself! For it brings back memories and I can zone out away from cleaning and decluttering 😂

  19. This would be the perfect treat for my son when he finishes his GCSEs – he’s worked so hard 🤓

  20. This LEGO Game Boy set is pure nostalgia 😍 I spent so many hours on the original growing up — would absolutely love to build this! 🎮🧱

  21. This is a really nice Lego set, there are so many cool ones around at the minute it’s difficult to decide what to buy.

I’ve just built the Botanicals cactus which was fun and looks great. Going to start on my retired Haunted House next I think.

  22. I don’t know how I missed this until just now! Absolutely loved my game boy back in the day and would love to build this Lego set too. I’d be very torn between keeping it for myself or giving it to my cousin.

  23. It’s tempting to build it myself, but I’d probably give to my partner as a birthday present.

  24. It’d be fun educating the kids that this how we used to play games back in the day.

  25. I’d give this to my 12 year old daughter, she’s loves anything to do with retro gaming!

  26. I’ll give it to my nephew who’s crazy about it – he’ll know much much better what he’d like to do!

  27. Ohh I’d actually love to build this myself! I’m a huge Lego fan and this set reminds me of my childhood!

  28. I would build this with my grandson, he is 5 and has recently discovered a love of Lego

  29. I would definitely love to keep it for myself, my mum does like building things like this, so I guess she will help.

  30. I’d take it to my god sons house and build it together as a bonding activity – he is a 7 year old LEGO enthusiast who saves all his pocket money to buy LEGO!

  31. I would give this fabulous prize to my Grandson. He adores Lego and he and his Grandad spend hours building Lego sets

  32. My grandsons birthday is coming up, and I know he’d like to get this Lego set as a present.
