HELLO! Welcome to week 8 of Trendy Tot Thursday (also known as
#TT_Thursday). If you haven’t taken part before, it’s worth checking out my intro post. If you’re a regular…. feel free to read, comment and share your own #TT_Thursday post below.
I am cheating a bit this week… I am sharing two outfits from over a
week ago. We attended a family Christening two Sundays ago, and this is
what the kids wore to that.
Without further ado… Here’s our week 8 outfits…
They do scrub up well, don’t they! Sam is wearing a Baby K shirt, Baby K Jeans and Little Bird Boots – all from Mothercare! The shirt retailed at £12-£14, but is down to £8 in the sale! The jeans cost £13-£14 and the boots were £16.
Sydney is wearing a Little Bird dress and tights (From Mothercare), shoes from Matalan and a cardigan from Tesco. The dress costs £14-16, the tights were £7 and part of a 2 pack. The shoes were £5 in the sale and the cardigan was £5 back in April.
Sam got so many compliments. He really did look gorgeous. I chose to roll up the sleeves on his shirt, as he’s not one for cuffs. The jeans come with detachable braces. I didn’t put these on as they’d only have annoyed him. The jeans are a bit long, but I thought they looked funky. He’s had the boots before, but as he is so fussy over footwear, I just bought him the same shoes. They are a total bargain at £16, and come with red and mustard yellow laces. I put the red ones in as the shirt had red detail around the button holes.
Sydney was super grumpy and full of a cold. She still looked fab, though. Her dress is really thick cotton, so she will still be able to wear it when it gets colder, with a vest underneath and a warmer cardigan over it. The shoes were a total bargain at £5. They were reduced from £8. I want to get her some Mustard Yellow ones. but haven’t seen any that I think will be wide enough for her yet. The tights are beautiful, but not that warm. They are fine for now, bit probably won’t be worn much during winter.
