Hello! Welcome to Week 62 of Trendy Tot Thursday. (AKA #TT_Thursday on twitter and instagram). This Children’s fashion photo linky co-hosted by @ClearlyBex and I.
If you haven’t taken part in #TT_Thursday before, it’s worth reading this intro post to find out how it works. If you’ve joined in previously… You know what to do! You can read, comment and share your own post on the linky below. Don’t forget to share the linky love and read other posts too.
There were lots of fab outfits shared last week, but one post stood out for me – Indy was rockin’ some gorgeous Dinosaur JNY Harem style pants from KyNa Boutique, and a ROARSOME Dino Jacket from Next, over at Make Do And Push. I got more than a bit excited when I saw it!
Week 62 of Trendy Tot Thursday
This week, I am breaking the boundaries with my #TT_Thursday post, and venturing into new territory for us as a family… Welcome to: THE POTTY TRAINING EDITION!
This week, Sam (Who is 4 and has Autism) has been showing an interest in using the toilet. I have grabbed this enthusiasm with both hands (literally) and we have been spending most of our time on the landing, playing so we are as close to the toilet as possible.
I have to say, toilet training a non verbal child is… interesting! (But I’ll save that for another post)! This week therefore, Sam has mostly been rockin’ undies and very little else! We’ve stocked up on basics from Asda as I figured they’d probably be so many accidents that he’d need new ones once he’s got the hang of it, anyways. The Monster Design and the Bear Design packs cost £3-£4 for 5 pairs. They felt a little stiff, and uncomfortable straight from the pack, but after a quick wash and dry, they were lovely and soft.
over to you
