Hello! Welcome to this week’s Trendy Tot Thursday post. (AKA #TT_Thursday on twitter and instagram). This Children’s fashion photo linky co-hosted by @ClearlyBex and I. This week I’m doing a mini Boots Kidswear Review. Read on for my thoughts.
If you haven’t taken part in #TT_Thursday before, it’s worth reading this intro post to find out how it works. If you’ve joined in previously… You know what to do! You can read, comment and share your own post on the linky below. Don’t forget to share the linky love and read other posts too.
There were lots of fab outfits shared last week, but my favourite was Santi’s super cool outfit over at Baby Holiday! Cute does not cover this outfit!
If you’re a regular reader of #TT_Thursday, you’ll know there are two particular things I struggle to leave on the rails when it comes to kids clothes… Most outfits in Syd’s wardrobe contain at least a little Mustard Yellow, or features a Deer somewhere within it. (plenty features BOTH)!
Mini Boots Kidswear Review
This week, I was in Boots and this outfit jumped off the rail and landed in my basket. (Conveniently, in the right size, and everything)!
The top was £10 in age 4-5. It features a deer print, in dark brown, a cute brown bot and it has buttons to the rear. When you look closely, there’s a dot pattern within the mustard yellow – this isn’t visible from a distance though.
The leggings were from a 3 pack, and cost £13 in age 4-5. The brown ones match this outfit perfectly, and they have a ruffled detail at the ankle. The other 2 pairs have the same ruffled detail at the ankle. One pair is red and the other is the same fabric as the top pictured.
I don’t think I have bought clothes from Boots since Sam was tiny. I’ll definitely be back there more often if this outfit is a sign of what’s to come in their new AW15 collection!
What do you think? Are you fan of Mustard Yellow? It’s one of those marmite colours isn’t it? People seem to either love it or hate it.
Now it’s your turn…. Let’s see your Trendy Tots! Feel free to pop your link in the linky box below, and please do try to read and comment on some of the other posts – that’s what makes linkys work, after all.
