It is no secret I have been vegetarian for 11 years. Today I’d just like to state for all to see that I hate guns. Whether used for hunting, poaching, target practice, gangland intimidation or defending your property, I am anti gun. I am happy they are pretty well off limits to most people in the UK.

Not sure what the point of this post is. I accept guns are necessary to some – police, soldiers, farmers, vets, groundskeepers etc. But I genuinely feel the rest of the world should have no access to them. Ever. Guns for sport is another thing I am against. I just don’t get the “fun” factor in shooting wildlife. Or pieces of clay. Or targets.

I know a lot of people enjoy the “sport,” but I am most definitely not one of them.
