The Hive is a popular show on The Disney Channel. It is set around a Bee colony. On the back of this programme’s success, a new charity (Adopt A Hive) has been set up to help protect wild Bee’s in the UK. When I heard about Adopt A Hive, I was very keen to get involved.
I am a bit of a geek when it comes to
Bees. I like Honey, and I was shocked to find out children under 12
Months aren’t meant to have it. This made me look into the reasons
why… a lot. The end result was that I learnt a lot about Bees.
As part of my role, I was sent this large Buzzbee soft toy to review. He measures in at approximately 55 x 28 x 30cm, and is suitable from birth.
Both Sam and Syd love to play with Buzz bee. Syd squeals with delight when I make Buzzing noises and flap his wings. Sam loves to hug Buzzbee and to rest his head on him when he is getting a little sleepy.
Buzzbee is made by Mookie Toys, and is great quality. With an RRP of £29.99, Buzzbee isn’t a cheap toy, but he definitely stands out from the rest of the cuddly toys!
His antennae don’t untangle, and they are floppy. He is instantly recognisable to any fan of The Hive, though. He’s definitely a hit in this house!
I really like Buzzby, and would definitely recommend him to any fan of The Hive!
This is not a sponsored post. I was sent the product for the purposes of this review, but all words and opinions are my own.
