If you read my blog regularly, you’ll know I love Sylvanian Families just as much as my daughter does. Last week, we received a surprise delivery, and it was a close call as to who was the most excited about the Sylvanian Families Spotter Meerkat Family. Read on to find out what we thought.
Sylvanian Families Spotter Meerkat Family
The Sylvanian Families Spotter Meerkat Family has an RRP of £16.99 and is suitable for children aged 3 and over. Rather than spending ages explaining the packaging and the quality of the figures to you, I decided to make this unboxing and demo video…
As the video shows, all 4 figures are brilliant quality. They are dressed in well made clothes, and they all have possible heads and limbs. I love the fact the Meerkat Family is gender neutral – like all of the Sylvanians sets are. My 4 year old son enjoys playing with them as well.
When my daughter finally saw the figures, she very quickly moved them into her Sylvanian Families Treehouse.
Playing in the Treehouse
I am happy to report the Meerkats have settled into their new home well. Sydney has been playing with them every morning and has decided to name them “Mummy, Daddy, brother and sister” – just like all of her other Sylvanian families characters. (She really does need to work on her imagination).
The clothes are (as always) removable and all four characters fit on the furniture, and can hang from the ladders, go down the slide and sit on the swing easily. According to Syd, “Brother” loves the slide, but “Sister” says it’s too high…!
As a side note, the Sylvanians Families Treehouse has an RRP of £50, and you can read my full review of that here.
All told, the Sylvanian Families Spotter Meerkat Family is a great buy for any Sylvanians fan. I’d definitely recommend it, and think it’s worth the full RRP too.
This is not a sponsored post. We were sent the set to review but all words and opinions are my own.
